Am I the only one who imagines that a demand from Jim Prentice to adhere to the "highest environmental standards" is likely to produce gales of laughter and little more? We have no moral high ground here.

Well, either you're going to laugh or cry about it.
We won't have to worry about Greenland--we are doing our own drilling off shore. Plus the Gulf eruption is headed for our shores.
The only 'environment' any government cares about is their own, and they protect it by taxing us for breathing while they swan all over the world. Guess their pollution is not as bad as ours?
We will laugh til we cry!
Words are easy. Actions are non-existant. It will be our fault if there is another catastrophe in this drilling because we demand our cars and heat. There is a study out that most Canadians would chose their cars over sex! Guess we have been screwed so long by the governments that we think our cars are our only safe refuge?

This isn't a message aimed at Greenland. This is a message for those Canadians who don't know where Greenland is.
