Thanks for writing this, pogge. I'm very moved to see the memorials rolling past on the aggregator. I'm reluctant to single out any one, but brebis noire's post at the black ewe is interesting testimony from a woman who was close in age to those murdered at the Polytechnique, and who reacted much as many young women did at the time, confused at first by the meaning that seemed so evident immediately to many older feminists.
