Uh oh. I think someone is talking about Brian Mulroney.
Who isn't?
I was already tired of talking about Brian Mulroney while he was still the prime minister
as opposed to, say, his own position on the subject.
Ooooooh - a party!
Just kill me. Kill me now.
Brian Mulroney is yet another example of a zombie issue.
A zombie issue is one which you think is resolved. Gone. Dead. Buried.
But a year later - and every year after that - it rises again to eat the brains of the living.
Hi Brian. Long time no see.
Do any of you actually think this is something other than a smokescreen?
The Republicans perfected the art of the three ring circus. The conservatives are pretty good at it too. While all the 'journalists' take the easy path by writing/forming/having an opinion about Mulroney's membership in the Conservative Party (who gives a flying f**k?), the CBC takes big job cuts and who knows what other nonsense happens in the other rings.
Don't look at the policy decisions, instead discuss Mulroney! And our media, not to mention the rest of us, go after it like dogs on a tennis ball.
The conservatives are pretty good at it too.
In this case they're getting a nice assist from Iggy. He doesn't want to talk about policy either because he doesn't have any.
